More, more, more

tis the season of excess, no?  And when the big shop arrives there’s always something of wonder. Last week it was a non too small bundle of herbs.

wizzed up herbage with bread, parmesan, garlic, fennel seeds and butter. Added to fillets of plaice. Redslaw and some parmesan roasted chunks of polenta.  Perfect antidote to all that christmas leftover malarky.
