If courgette growing were an olympic sport…

…there would be lots of competitors. Maybe it could be a new type of hurdles – but you have to grow the hurdles – stack em high?  Mounds of massive marrows.

Bursting the bubble, it’s not an olympic sport – so cut them quick and make something yummy. Like this.

Courgette strips, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, chilli, honey, whole dressed crab (from Cornwall – they do deliver!), and pasta in this case linguine.  Thanks to Abel and Cole for their recipe – obviously I’m from the North and needed a bit of carb to go with it, hence the pasta addition.
