Must be fish. Fresh whole trout. Baked with a bit of garlic in the cavity, lemon and chilli. Drizzle of oil. Simple and utterly delicious. I’m not a takeaway type. I always think they sound better than they taste. I can make better food at home so don’t bother these days.

And bits, n bobs. To go in buttonholes, but thought they were worth a shot. Mixed with lichen and weirdy sponge fungi stuff. Just messing around.
In other news there’s a couple of weddings coming up that are getting my creative juices going. One in an old monastery. The other involves pumpkin vases.
