Gurnard tagine.  Home grown red onions.  Except it’s not in a tagine, just a wok. Is that allowed?  Course it is.  Wing it.  Added some home grown oregano too.  And fennel seeds. Bit of ground coriander, bit of ground cumin.  Squish of lemon.

And a bouquet of the future.  Fingers crossed.  First of the season’s sweet peas sown. Blue Velvet and Chatsworth.  Theory, succession planting.  Reality?  Time will tell.  Fingers crossed, I want my bride’s to have lots of sweet peas this year.
